annoyed with the university squirrelmail

GRR...

have been trying to top up my eating card and the email that i am supposed to receive after completing the first bit of the sign-up hasnt arrived. and i'm not talking 15mins, it's been 4 hours.

and as i refresh my email account, emails that were supposedly sent on saturday are slowing coming in (and mind you, today is monday).

i know this sounds terrible, but how am i supposed to function like this?!?
