damn health and safety

stupid stupid students' union! what is the point of getting us to fill out a risk assessment form at the beginning of the year when you are the ones responsible for the risks?!?

union floor greasy/slippery/DANGEROUS.
girl in tap shoes (i.e. metal taps = NO FRICTION)
girl walks over slippery patch
girl falls down and sprains ankle (not to mention embarrassingly)
(Insert: girl goes on to do 2 dance classes with hurting ankle because <1> stubborn, <2> if girl doesnt go for dance classes, she will not get to practise difficult dances she has to get right by show)

Equals PAIN.

my ankle cannot go beyond 110 degrees. and the side is swollen. :'(

and i have 2 more dance classes that i HAVE to show my face for this week. or risk getting kicked out of the dances.
